Executives utilize our national reports and analytics to drive growth in their organizations while the individual members utilize our local chapter management tools to conduct business and serve their communities.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited about working in a fast-growing established startup. We are a small team, and this candidate will play a big role in what we accomplish.
Our team is responsible for building and maintaining the core software platform of the business. This includes:
Your role will start with a few weeks of onboarding to learn the platform and database structure. In the next several months, you will be tasked with either building a completely new feature set, building the next version of an existing module, or making improvements to existing features utilizing our feature request queue depending on your desired interest. Once you become more familiar with the platform, you may be offered larger projects that span between modules or larger projects using new technologies.
We don't anticipate that you would need to interface directly with customers or travel for this position. If there are support tickets from your work you may need to communicate with customers through the ticketing system.
You will report directly to the Founder, CEO who manages the engineering functions of the company.
